Yes! We have taken all the necessary steps to ensure we are following state and federal regulations according to business laws. Copies of our credentials may be provided upon request.

Our system is simple and automated. Simply click the “Client Center” button on the menu at the top of any page. Through our client center you will be able to create your own account, schedule shoots, access all of your previous photos, download files and make secure payments. However, you can always book a photo shoot over the phone or through email.

Ideal Property Images serves Central Indiana along the I-70 corridor between Indianapolis to Terra Haute. Typically we will travel within a 30 mile radius of Greencastle, however, if you are out of our area, we may still be able to provide our services to you with a modest travel charge. Contact us for details.

Depending on the services selected, photo shoot duration will vary. As a general rule, most photo shoots take at least 30-60 minutes on site. We strive to deliver photos within 24 hours after shoot to allow for processing.

In most cases, yes, however our photographers are FAA licensed pilots and adhere to all regulations regarding airspace restrictions. When aerial content is ordered we will research the location to make sure it is safe to fly and if not, you will be notified and refunded.

Ideally 24 to 48 hours but the more notice you can provide the better. Feel free to schedule using our online calendar so you can check the availability of our photographers.


No, if the home is on a lock box or has any other secure features, you can simply provide the code, or if the seller will be at the property, we can meet them. Agents are always welcome to meet with the photographer and stay during the duration of the photo shoot. Whether the agent is present or not, our photographers always wear foot protection to ensure floors stay clean and will leave the home in better shape than when we entered.

Photo shoots can be scheduled by our clients at any time through our client portal. We work weekdays and weekends from 8am through twilight (note, the exact time of twilight varies throughout the year). We are available to shoot on weekends and a few holidays throughout the year with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Through the client center you can pay using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. If you wish to pay not using the client center we can send an invoice to you where you can pay using check, cash, or Venmo. If you need to pay by some other means, please contact us and we will try to work out the details.  (Remember that content will be watermarked until invoice is paid in full)

We understand that things come up and we allow cancellations with proper notice at no cost.

If the weather forecast is bad you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date at no cost. If you choose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, please understand that we may have to come back for exterior shots and there will be an additional travel charge.
